WestMed supports both telephone and handheld recorder dictation.

Voice files are uploaded into WestMed’s secure website, transcribed, appraised for QA and returned to the clinician. The clinician can then view, edit and sign the document anywhere, anytime, via the internet.

Alternatively, the typed document can be retrieved by approved staff and then presented to the clinician for signing.

All documents are typed and formatted in MS Word, with the letterhead and template of choice. Our software's ability to interface, allows seamless inclusion of patient demographics and referring doctor details.

WestMed aims for 48 hour turnaround (4 hours for urgent work), with a high level of accuracy.
